Next 5K to 10K Training Program Dates * August 19 - October 25 * 10 week training program with two coached/group sessions weekly (Meet every Tuesday at 6pm and Saturday at 7am during program dates at Fleet Feet Sports Sarasota). Both for the beginner going from Couch to 5K and the intermediate runner going from 5K to 10K. Receive motivational tips and clinics on injury prevention and fueling. Technical shirt, in store discounts, celebration party, free parking and early registration discounts. Cost: $100 (early registration discount of $75 if completed 3 weeks prior to session start).
