Fleet Feet is excited to offer a training program for both events and for ALL fitness levels!
We target runners, interval runners and walkers and our exceptional coaching staff will lead you throughout the training.
November 7th, 2017-Sunday, February 4th, 2018
The 13-Week Program features include:
Tuesdays at 6pm: This workout will focus on improving efficiency and biomechanics while teaching you more about your pace and maintaining it. We will incorporate bridge runs and tempo runs into this lower mileage run of the week.
Saturdays at 7am: This will be your highest mileage of the week.
Half Marathon program: $100
10k training program: $75
Sarasota Music Half Marathon or Rockin' 10k on February 4th, 2018

Please note: Half marathon participants must be comfortable running/walking a 5K (3.1 miles) OR able to briskly run/walk 3 miles in a :45 minute timeframe to begin the training session
