Summer Half Marathon Training Program

Come and get your run on with Fleet Feet this Summer!

We are offering a Half Marathon training program that will keep you accountable during the hot and humid summer months and prepare you for your Fall half marathon.

NOTE: Participants must be have a 3 mile fitness base prior to starting this training.

The 14-Week Program includes:

  • Twice a week, coach supported group training runs from Fleet Feet
  • Tuesday mornings will focus on shorter, faster runs at Payne Park and Saturday morning runs will focus on increasing mileage.
  • Educational clinics on topics such as proper nutrition and hydration, choosing the right gear, and avoiding injury
  • FREE additional core, cross training and yoga classes throughout the program
  • Fun events for program participants such as "miles and mimosas!"
  • Sweet technical training shirt
  • Fleet Feet Sarasota in-store discounts
  • Training plan 
  • VIP access to Fleet Feet events and swag

Cost: Early registration: $100
*Program price increases on July 1st to $125 so make sure to register early!

Program Dates: July 11th-October 14th
Please note: We can adjust the training schedule to fit your goal race date.

Meeting Times: Tuesday and Saturday 6am.   
Please note: Meeting times may vary based on weekly mileage
